Suggested Posts
Let DealerPost Pro write Facebook posts for new inventory automatically, so they're waiting for you to review.
Auto-Draft New Inventory
When a new car appears in your synced inventory, we automatically write a Facebook post for it — using your most recent post style — and place it in the Ready to Review section at the top of Create Posts. You just look it over and approve. Nothing is posted to Facebook on its own unless you turn that on below.
Posting Behavior
How auto-drafts move toward Facebook once they're created.
Automatic posts
Two kinds of post we write for you without being asked. Each lands in Ready to Review (or your rotation, if auto-schedule is on).
Image Text Styles

Branding
Your logo, contact info, and identity — overlaid on your vehicle photos.
Dealership Logo
Used as a watermark on your vehicle photos. PNG with a transparent background works best.
Contact Info
Add your dealership details. They'll appear as one-tap overlay chips in the photo editor.
Compliance
The fee disclosure California requires before a vehicle can be advertised. Publishing to Facebook, Instagram, Stories and Marketplace is paused until it’s on file.
Fees added at the time of sale
California lets an advertised price leave out only these items (Vehicle Code §11713.1(b)). Enter what your store actually charges — $0 if you don’t charge it. Anything else you charge has to be inside the advertised price.
Always included
These two lines are part of every disclosure — the amounts are set by the DMV and the buyer’s address, not by the store.
How the disclosure reads
The sentence California’s Vehicle Code prescribes for priced ads, followed by your fee schedule. This exact text is added to the end of every post caption when it publishes — composer posts, scheduled posts and Instagram — and to the description handed to Marketplace. Change a fee here and the next post carries the new amount.

Smart Inbox
Control how the AI responds to customer messages on Facebook.
AI Replies — Kill Switch
Pause every AI reply across your account. Customers who message your Facebook posts will not get an automatic response — your team will need to reply manually. Turn this on whenever you want the AI to stop. Turn it back off when you're ready for it to resume.
Lead Notifications
When the AI has done the legwork — a phone number, a visit request, a financing question, or a step you turned off — it hands the conversation to a person and sends the lead card here. If nobody takes over, it nudges again after 15 minutes and emails the owner after an hour.
Bot Disclosure (CA SB 1001)
California's Bot Law requires automated assistants to disclose that they're bots to consumers. When ON, the first AI reply in each thread is prefixed with a short heads-up (in the customer's language). Leave OFF during development; turn ON before going live in California.
Sales Team
The Smart Inbox AI rotates through these names when responding to customers. Use real salesperson names so when the customer comes in, they can ask for the person they've been chatting with. Add up to 20.
Quiet Hours
Hold AI replies outside your business hours. A customer messaging at 2am won't get an awkward middle-of-the-night reply — the AI stays quiet until the window opens back up.
Privacy & Data
How customer messages are handled. Share this with any customer who asks.
- Storage. Conversations are stored for quality monitoring and audit. Customers are informed via the automated-assistant disclosure on the first reply (required by California SB 1001).
- AI provider. Customer messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for reply generation. Anthropic acts as a service provider under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). DealerPost Pro does not sell or share customer data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Customer rights (CCPA / CPRA). Customers may request a copy of their data or deletion of their conversation history. Forward any such request to privacy@dealerpostpro.com and we will handle it within the 45-day statutory window.
- Retention. Conversations are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Customer-initiated deletion requests are honored immediately.
